Bernard Hah Shien Yee was hired as an employee of Electrical Components Sdn Bhd (ELCO) from March 2019 till his resignation in July 2020. He joined us after his employment with Siemens (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (March 2017 – February 2019) and Keyence (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (January 2015 – March 2017) where he worked in the PLC automation division for a total of 4 years. Therefore, he had zero prior experience in the new segment of Power Quality. During his tenure with us, his task was to promote the sales of active / dynamic systems products in which he made 1 (one) such sale. We declare publicly that ELCO and any of our associates known to us has made no offer nor attempted to make him a shareholder in the company and that any rumor in regards to this matter is just hearsay.
